Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 9, 2026
WizLogistics ("WizLogistics," "we," "us," or "our") provides operations automation software for Amazon sellers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights with respect to that information. It applies to wizlogistics.ai and any service we operate that links to this policy.
1. Who we are
WizLogistics ("WizLogistics," "we," "us," or "our") is operated from Washington, United States. You can reach us at support@wizlogistics.ai for any privacy inquiry, or at security@wizlogistics.ai for security or data-deletion requests. The legal operator is identified at the end of this policy.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text), and workspace name.
- Amazon Information. Once you authorize WizLogistics through Amazon Seller Central, we access information from your Amazon Selling Partner account via the Selling Partner API (SP-API). This may include product listings, pricing, inventory levels, orders (excluding personally identifiable customer information for non-PII roles), FBA shipments, and settlement and financial reports.
- Usage information. Standard server logs, error reports, and product analytics describing how you interact with the WizLogistics dashboard.
- Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card number on our systems.
3. How we obtain Amazon Information
We collect Amazon Information only after a seller authorizes WizLogistics through Amazon's Login with Amazon (LWA) OAuth flow. WizLogistics never receives, stores, or asks for your Amazon Seller Central password. The authorization grants WizLogistics a refresh token scoped to the Selling Partner API roles you approved. You can revoke this authorization at any time from your Amazon Seller Central account.
4. How we use Amazon Information
We use Amazon Information solely to provide the WizLogistics service to the authorizing seller. Specifically, we use it to:
- Display listings, inventory, orders, shipments, and financial data in your dashboard.
- Run features you configure, such as repricing rules, low-stock alerts, FBA shipment workflows, and settlement reconciliation.
- Generate aggregated, de-identified statistics for your own workspace.
- Diagnose and fix problems with the service.
We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your Amazon Information to any third party for that party's own marketing or commercial use.
5. Where data is stored
WizLogistics data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure operated by Neon (Postgres database) and Railway (application hosting), both running in US-West-2 region datacenters. Document attachments are stored in Railway Buckets with server-side encryption.
6. Encryption and security
WizLogistics encrypts all Amazon data in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using managed cloud encryption (AES-256). Each seller's data is accessed only via their own authorization token; access is enforced at the database query level by an organization identifier on every row. We require multi-factor authentication on every internal account that has access to production credentials and follow a documented incident-response plan with a 24-hour notification commitment to security@amazon.com for any Amazon-data security incident.
7. Data retention and deletion
When a seller de-authorizes WizLogistics — either from Amazon Seller Central or by deleting their WizLogistics workspace — all of that seller's Amazon Information is deleted within 30 days, in compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy. This includes data stored in our database, in object storage, and in any backups that have not yet rolled off our normal retention schedule.
You can also request earlier deletion at any time by emailing security@wizlogistics.ai. We will confirm completion in writing.
8. Sub-processors
We use a small number of vetted infrastructure providers as sub-processors. Each is bound by their own data-protection terms and is used only for the purpose of operating WizLogistics:
- Neon — managed Postgres database
- Railway — application hosting and object storage
- Vercel — marketing site and dashboard hosting
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Sentry — error monitoring
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information at any time by emailing support@wizlogistics.ai. Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA), additional rights may apply; we honor all applicable rights.
10. Children
WizLogistics is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active workspace owners.
